Cookies and Storage

1. Cookies

This website sets no cookies, whether first-party or third-party, session or persistent.

We have checked all the scripts on the site: none of them reads or writes cookies (document.cookie).

We chose to build the site this way because we believe a law firm's website should not track its visitors.

2. Analytics, tracking and advertising

We use no analytics or tracking tools. In particular, this website does not include:

• Google Analytics;
• Plausible, Matomo or similar analytics tools;
• the Meta (Facebook) pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag or other tracking pixels;
• Hotjar or other session-recording tools;
• advertising or retargeting scripts.

We do not build visitor profiles, we do not share data about your browsing with advertising platforms and we do not sell or rent data about our visitors.

3. Browser storage

Our scripts do not use localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Nothing about your visit is written to your browser's storage.

The chat assistant keeps the current conversation in an ordinary variable in the page's memory. It is not saved to your device and disappears when you close or leave the page.

Files you choose to save from our free tools (PDF, CSV or calendar files) are generated in your browser and downloaded only when you click the save button.

4. External resources

All fonts, style sheets, scripts and images are served from our own server. The website loads no resources from third-party servers.

The chat assistant, the contact form and the CUI lookup in the CAEN migration tool send requests to our own API server. What these functions process, and which providers are involved, is described in our Privacy Notice.

5. Why there is no cookie banner

Under Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004, which transposes Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), storing information on a user's device, or accessing information already stored there, generally requires the user's consent. This website does neither, so there is nothing for you to accept or refuse.

6. What we do record

Our server keeps no log of the pages you visit. We do not profile visitors or follow what you read on the site. Details are in our Privacy Notice.

If you use the chat assistant or the contact form, the data you send is processed as described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Future changes

If we ever add an analytics or similar tool, we will first update this page to name the tool, say what it collects and explain the legal basis. If the tool stores or reads information on your device, we will ask for your consent before enabling it, with the option to refuse as easily as to accept.
