Andra Stelian joins Frandeș Law as Senior Associate

We are pleased to announce that Andra Stelian has joined Frandeș Law as Senior Associate.

Andra is a member of the Bucharest Bar and has worked in legal practice since 2017. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2015. Before joining the Bar in 2025, she worked as in-house counsel, first at a music label and then as legal counsel to a Bucharest company, where she advised management on compliance, internal policies, contracts and employment matters.

Her practice at the firm

Andra advises on intellectual property, technology and data protection, and works with Ciprian Frandeș on corporate and commercial matters. Her work includes:

• trademark strategy, clearance, registration and portfolio management, copyright and neighbouring rights, licensing and brand protection;
• the legal framework of digital products and services, including compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act;
• data protection under the GDPR, from privacy documentation to data processing agreements and internal policies;
• company incorporations, Trade Registry filings and commercial, licensing and distribution agreements.

She has advised individuals and small and medium-sized companies in music and media, construction and healthcare. Her years in-house give her a clear view of how legal advice has to work in the day-to-day running of a business.
