The AGOA (ordinary annual meeting) and AGEA (extraordinary meeting) are legally distinct assemblies with separate agendas, quorum requirements, and majority thresholds, even when convened together. This tool generates one or two independent compliance timelines under Law 24/2017, ASF Regulation 5/2018, and Law 31/1990, with optional modules for dividends, capital increases, and options distributions.
